Is good. All I would change is from the moment the money are transferred to have the package going in the next 2 days. Last time took one week to be received in Elta post office.
Also, I would pay for Express if offered.

Not your fault but shipping took a long time

Easy ordering, reliable delivery, although it took a little bit long this time.

Customer service was great, delivery is a little longer than I prefer. If there was a way to speed up delivery I would give a 5 rating. Overall I'm very happy and will order again

Easy ordering and normally quick delivery. Lately the Postal Service around Houston has a lot of issues and packages can be significantly delayed, but that is not the fault of VapeNotBurn.

Everything fine except delivery. For delivery time it's promised me a week but I could get it in 17 days.

The whole process, from payment, to shipping, to tracking the order was confusing and difficult. Customer service was very good - responsive and helpful. My next order should be easier now that I am familiar with the service. If your order is being shipped internationally, be warned that the tracking information could be inaccurate, vague and basically useless. You just have to be patient and wait for the item to arrive. I've placed one order so far and it took a month to deliver.

Umm I think your order process is totally good for me, but the only one I would like to suggest you is payment method. I know there are a lot of scam guy in the online world, but these days, when someone who want to purchase something in online shop asked to pay with Paypal with "friends" option, That's a very big concern point before they click the "order complete" button. As you know , the friends pay option in Paypal has no way to get a refund. I know you won't cheat me and other customer but as I am first buyer, have very concern about not shipping to me. anyway overall I trust you and want to say thank you!
